Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tí Luxe Travel by Tammy, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our refund and cancellation terms:

 

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a forfeited deposit or a 50% service charge, depending on the service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

2. Refunds

  • All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduled within a 14-day window.

  • Due to the nature of our services and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds on completed services, wigs, or hair products.

 

3. Rebooking & Credits

  • If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate based on availability.

  • In special cases, a service credit may be issued at our discretion and must be used within 30 days.

 

4. Wig Shipping Treatments

  • All wigs shipped to us for treatment are handled with care. However, we are not liable for damage or loss incurred during third-party transit.

  • Once your treatment is complete, tracking will be provided. We are not responsible for delays after shipment.
